Refund Policy
This policy covers purchases made from GPTImage2.5 at gpt-image-25.net.
Subscription Purchases
- A first subscription purchase can be refunded if you write to support@gpt-image-25.net within 7 days of the initial charge.
- Renewals are not normally refundable, because the credits for the new period are added the moment the renewal goes through, unless a refund is required by law.
- Cancelling stops future renewal charges. It does not refund a charge that has already been taken.
One-Time Credit Packs
One-time credit packs are final once purchased and are not refundable, unless a refund is required by law.
Failed Generations
If a generation fails before it produces a usable image, the credits it consumed go back to your GPTImage2.5 balance automatically. That is a credit reversal, not a cash refund.
A generation that finishes and returns an image has been delivered, even if the image is not what you hoped for. Image models are not deterministic, and a result you dislike is not a fault.
Incorrectly Described or Unavailable Services
If something you paid for was materially different from its description or was never provided, write to support@gpt-image-25.net. We will look at the order, what was delivered, and which credits were spent before deciding the remedy. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under consumer law where you live.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@gpt-image-25.net from the address you bought with, and include the order or invoice number. Approved cash refunds go back to the original payment method. How long that takes after approval is up to the payment provider and your card issuer.
