Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies to everything generated, uploaded, or published through GPTImage2.5 at gpt-image-25.net. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and applies to every model in the picker. Breaking it can cost you your account and any unused credits.
What You May Not Generate
- Face swaps and face manipulation. Do not put a real person’s face onto another body or into another photo. Do not use reference images to recreate a specific real person’s face in a scene they were never in.
- Public figures and celebrities. Do not generate actors, musicians, politicians, executives, influencers, or any other identifiable real person, living or dead. This includes look-alikes described in a prompt.
- Minors. Do not upload images of anyone under 18 and do not generate anyone who appears to be a minor. Sexualised content involving minors is reported to the authorities and results in an immediate permanent ban.
- Sexual and nude content. Do not generate nudity, sexual acts, sexualised depictions of real people, fetish content, or anything otherwise pornographic. This holds even when every subject is fictional and adult.
- Deceptive media. Do not create images that present fabricated events as real news, fake documents, fake endorsements, or anything designed to mislead voters, investors, or consumers.
- Violence, hate, and illegal activity. Do not generate gore, content that attacks or demeans people on the basis of a protected characteristic, instructions for weapons or drugs, or anything else illegal where you are.
- Other people’s intellectual property. Do not recreate copyrighted characters, logos, or trademarks, and do not present output as coming from a brand you do not represent.
What You Must Be Able to Show
- You own every reference image you upload, or you have written permission from the rights holder.
- Every identifiable person in your uploads consented to their likeness being used this way. Consent to appear in a photo is not consent to be edited into a generated image.
- The output you publish is labelled as AI-generated wherever the platform you publish on requires it.
Third-Party Model Rules Also Apply
Generations run on third-party models from providers including OpenAI, Google, ByteDance, Alibaba, and Black Forest Labs. Each provider enforces its own safety policy, and a request that breaks that policy is refused upstream even when it looks acceptable here.
How We Enforce This
- Automated screening. Prompts and uploaded references are screened automatically before a generation starts, and again by the safety systems of the model provider that runs the job. Blocked requests do not consume credits.
- Review after the fact. Anything you make public in the shared gallery is reviewed, and we can remove it at any time.
- Account action. A first violation typically means removed content and a warning. Repeated or severe violations, and any violation involving minors, mean permanent suspension without a refund of remaining credits.
- Legal referral. We report content to law enforcement where the law requires it, and we cooperate with valid legal requests.
Reporting a Violation
Email support@gpt-image-25.net with the link or generation ID and a short description of the problem. If the content depicts you or someone you represent, say so and we prioritise the review.
