Introduction

GPTImage2.5 (gpt-image-25.net) is an AI image platform for generating and editing images from text prompts and reference images. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how long we keep it.

Information Collection and Use

1. Account Information

   • What We Collect: Your email address, display name, and anything else you enter when creating an account.
   • Purpose: To run your account, answer support requests, and deliver the images you generate.

2. Image Generation Data

   • What We Collect: Your text prompts, any reference or source images you upload, and the settings you choose (size, quality, resolution, number of variations).
   • Purpose: To produce the images you asked for. Who else processes this data is set out in “AI Processing and Third-Party Model Providers” below.

3. Usage Details

   • What We Collect: How often you generate, which models and features you use, and how many credits you spend.
   • Purpose: To see which parts of the product work and to keep capacity ahead of demand.

4. Device Information

   • What We Collect: Device type, operating system, browser, and IP address.
   • Purpose: To render the site correctly on your device and to investigate technical faults.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

   • What We Collect: Small files stored on your device that hold your session and your interface preferences.
   • Purpose: To keep you signed in and to remember settings between visits.

6. Payment and Billing Information

   • What We Collect: Payment method details, billing address, and transaction records for credit purchases. Card numbers are handled by our payment provider and are not stored on our servers.
   • Purpose: To take payment for credits and to keep the transaction records the law requires.

AI Processing and Third-Party Model Providers

GPTImage2.5 does not train or run its own image models. When you press generate:

• Your prompt, any images you uploaded, and your settings are sent to our AI infrastructure partner kie.ai, which forwards the request to the third-party model provider behind the model you picked.
• Those providers currently include OpenAI (GPT Image models), Google (Nano Banana models), ByteDance (Seedream models), Alibaba (Qwen Image), and Black Forest Labs (Flux). The model named in the picker is the model that will process your request.
• This means your prompt text and your uploaded images leave our systems and are processed by those third parties under their own privacy and data-handling practices, subject to data processing agreements.
• Generated images are stored on our servers so you can download them, and may be cached to make delivery faster.
• Your generated images are private and visible only to you unless you choose to share them.

We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of the providers named above.

Data Storage and Security

Your data sits on cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. The measures in place include:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest
• Payment processing handled by an established payment provider rather than by us
• Monitoring and periodic security review
• Access controls and authentication on internal systems

No method of transmission or storage on the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We share it only:

• To meet a legal obligation or to answer a lawful request from a public authority
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of our users
• With service providers who help us run the platform, under confidentiality agreements
• With our AI infrastructure partner and the model providers described above, who process your generation requests under data processing agreements

Generated Content Rights

• Images you generate here come with full commercial usage rights.
• You keep ownership of the prompts and reference material you provide.
• You may use, edit, distribute, and sell your generated images with no extra licence fee from us.
• We claim no ownership of your generated images.

Note that the model provider’s own usage policy still applies to what you generate, and some subject matter is restricted by that policy independently of this one.

Credit System and Billing

• The service runs on credits, which you buy and spend on generations.
• Credit validity follows the plan terms shown at checkout. Subscription credits belong to the billing period they were issued in; one-time packs stay valid for the pack validity period stated at purchase.
• Billing is processed by our payment partner.
• We keep records of credit purchases and usage for account management and accounting.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above:

• Account information stays while your account is active.
• Generated images may be cached for up to 30 days for delivery performance.
• Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Usage analytics are anonymised and may be kept to guide product decisions.

Your Rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Where processing rests on your consent, you can withdraw that consent. Write to the address below and we will answer within the period applicable law allows.

Changes to This Policy
